BUILT TO SUIT
Freeport West is committed to providing all of our tenants with industrial space that will meet all of their property requirements. If none of our current Utah, California, or Nevada properties are right for you, we may be able to build custom space for you.
When we find suitable land, we may purchase it for a specific use or customize it for a tenant. The trends in a certain area may indicate a growing demand for additional industrial space, so we build what we feel is needed.
We currently offer a range of commercial shipping, food grade storage, industrial warehousing, and other options. However, in situations where a tenant has a special need, we may develop a property exclusively for that tenant.
Freeport West owns several parcels of vacant land in Northern California (478 acres) and Salt Lake City (168 acres), which are available for custom development.

Freeport West has been developing, leasing and managing commercial industrial space and warehouse distribution centers since 1963. Our diverse inventory includes properties that can be used for industrial, manufacturing, distribution, shipping, warehouse distribution centers, storage (dry space, refrigerated space or cold storage), showroom, office, flex space and even food grade facilities. We are also Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM) of the CCIM Institute.

Our commercial industrial warehouse space in Utah and Las Vegas include over 7.3 million square feet in 26 buildings in Salt Lake City and 10 buildings in Clearfield; plus 1 building in Las Vegas, NV. Freeport West currently owns several buildings right off the 2100 South Interchange. These central locations serve as convenient portals by truck or rail to some of the largest western cities, including Los Angeles, San Francisco, Portland and Seattle. As a result, our Utah and Las Vegas industrial real estate makes great warehouse distribution centers.

Freeport West currently owns several Utah buildings right off the 2100 South Interchange totaling approximately 540,000 square feet, ten buildings in Clearfield totaling 1,091,000 square feet, four buildings in Centennial Park totaling 286,560 square feet, two buildings in West Valley totaling approximately 692,000 square feet, eight buildings in Ninigret Park totaling 1,268,340 square feet, and five buildings in the new Landmark Development totaling approximately 2,500,000 square feet.
