Freeport West has been developing, leasing and managing commercial industrial space and warehouse distribution centers since 1963. Our diverse inventory includes properties that can be used for industrial, manufacturing, distribution, shipping, warehouse distribution centers, storage (dry space, refrigerated space or cold storage), showroom, office, flex space and even food grade facilities. We are also Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM) of the CCIM Institute.

Our commercial industrial warehouse space in Utah and Las Vegas include over 7.3 million square feet in 26 buildings in Salt Lake City and 10 buildings in Clearfield; plus 1 building in Las Vegas, NV. Freeport West currently owns several buildings right off the 2100 South Interchange. These central locations serve as convenient portals by truck or rail to some of the largest western cities, including Los Angeles, San Francisco, Portland and Seattle. As a result, our Utah and Las Vegas industrial real estate makes great warehouse distribution centers.

With no outside investors, lenders or board of directors, our industrial property management team is able to manage every building and concentrate exclusively on tenant acquisition and retention. Freeport West currently owns several Utah buildings right off the 2100 South Interchange totaling approximately 540,000 square feet, ten buildings in Clearfield totaling 1,091,000 square feet, four buildings in Centennial Park totaling 286,560 square feet, two buildings in West Valley totaling approximately 692,000 square feet, eight buildings in Ninigret Park totaling 1,268,340 square feet, and five buildings in the new Landmark Development totaling approximately 2,500,000 square feet. As members of the Chambers of Commerce and the Economic Development Corporation of Utah, we are involved in the local community where our properties are located.
