This freezer building has a generous loading and staging area as well as an expansive truck court, and regular parking. It was built in stages, which allows it to be separated and cooled at different temperatures from ranges as low as -20°. The refrigerated area can be divided in multiple ways and like our freezer building can keep each room at a different temperature. This provides for a warehouse space that can work for many different products and allows for ample staging room.
