Industrial and Commercial Warehousing and Distribution
Freeport West own and manage over 7.3 million square feet of industrial real estate properties in Utah, California, and Nevada. One of our top priorities is to continue development of new properties for commercial use. We lease and manage space in 37 buildings used for a variety of commercial purposes including: manufacturing, distribution and warehouse centers, storage (dry and cold), showrooms, offices, and food-grade facilities.
We are involved in every aspect of the leasing and management of our properties, including negotiations and tenant improvements. We understand that flexibility is important for each of our current and prospective tenants and we are able to accommodate in many ways.
